Happy holidays, I hope everyone had an enjoyable Christmas! We had a very blessed time this year, spending time with family we haven’t seen in a long time. I’m very much looking forward to the new year and all that it may bring.

Over the last year, I’ve had so many wonderful clients, both new and old. I’ve said it time and time again, but I have the greatest job. Being able to see children and families grow over the years is so rewarding and I hope to continue seeing you guys each and every year!

Because you guys have been so amazing to me this past year, I’d like to give something back. I’m running a Portraits of the Year contest in 3 different categories – newborns, children and family. I will post composite images of all the sessions I’ve had this year; each photo will be numbered. To vote, simply comment on this thread with the category and number that you are voting for. Each person can only vote one time.

Example:
- Newborn: #1
- Children: #5
- Family: #6

The contest will run for the next 2 weeks and will close on Monday, January 10 at midnight. You can send the link out to family and friends – use Facebook, Twitter, email – get them all to vote!

Once this contest is over, be sure to come back for my Senior and Wedding contests!

The winner of each category will win a full digital session, to be used within the next year. If you don’t need the session, you can transfer (or gift it) to a friend or family member. At the end of the 2 weeks, I will also randomly choose one of the voters to also win a full digital session.
