Dana {New Orleans Maternity Photographer}

This is one of my good friends, we’ve been friends since almost the first day of high school. Throughout school, we were very close and she often spent holidays with my family and I. Through the years, we grew apart (I didn’t even go to her wedding) but since we’ve now “grown up,” and started having kids of our own, we’ve become good friends again … yay! :-) That means I get to see her go through exciting things, like her 2nd baby 
She has a 2 year old, little Quinlan who I photographed a few months ago and now we’ll be meeting baby #2 in just a few short weeks … I can’t wait!
Here’s a peek of her maternity session, which we did Sunday morning right before heading out to the Saints game!
At the same time I shot Dana’s maternity, I took 9 month photos of another good friend, Rebecca’s little guy. Rebecca’s parents recently moved and their old house is empty. Rebecca decided she wanted some pictures of Nick at the house, so we did the maternity there, too. The 3 of us were really good friends and spent a lot of time together at this house during our high school years, so it was fun to do this session there!
And I was racking my brain, trying to figure out a way to incorporate the Saints. Dana and her husband go to all the games and the baby is due right around the Super Bowl! Go Saints!

Kristen is a previous client that I was thrilled to hear from when she emailed to let me know she was expecting. I know that she and Seth have been anticipating this little baby girl for so long and its been a long road. We weren’t sure Ms. Emmarie would stay put long enough for her mommy to get pictures done, but thankfully she did and I’m now anxiously awaiting to hear when she makes her arrival!

Last year I met Kristen when her brother Jordan came to me for his Senior pictures. He was actually one of my first Seniors and my very first guy. I had so much fun with them all at that time and was thrilled when Kristen called me to do her maternity portraits … actually, she called to ask if I thought she should and of course, I said yes! She had the perfect baby bump, check it out! I can’t wait to meet your little son or daughter in a few weeks!
